Annual Report – An overview of Financial, Marketing and Planning
Reporting an annual report to the CFO and CEO were the important figures that we should prepare professionally. Less or over reporting would be officially not helpful for our management to take their decision accordingly or even to understand what exactly its intention. I suggested these following tips and report summary to be presented.
Here are some tips that might be useful for you:
1. Make it a slide presentation with keyword (easy to use power point).
2. Give a detail but simple explanation on every keyword when do the presentation (don’t forget to setting your show, a simple animation schemes to let it harmony with your explanation).
3. Remember to using tables, map, picture or any necessary graphic needed.
4. Be careful with when using font size, color combination, and word presented on each sentence (All should be maintain in a good portion).
And the important thing don’t forget the key point that should be minimum reported on your annual report, here are the figures:
1. Financial :
Explain and show at least your 2 or 3 years comparison of your Cap-Ex, Op-Ex, depreciation (to see your original expense), Liability especially related our shareholders, paid in capital and retained earning. And off course monthly expense figures for the year reported and budget for the next year.If your company has already make a good history especially on financial record don’t forget to put your income figures in it.
